Algreen, together with its subsidiaries, operates in agri-food industry in France and internationally. It is also involved in the production of smoked salmon, caviar, and salmon roe; and marketing distribution of a functional sparkling drink based on CBD to large retailers, cafes, hotels, restaurants, and out-of-home catering points of sale. The company was formerly known as Les Toques Blanches du Monde Société Anonyme and changed its name to Algreen in July 2022. Algreen was incorporated in 2011 and is based in Lyon, France.
